Hey there, I’m Camryn Rabideau.
I’m a full-time content creator living in a quiet corner of Rhode Island.
I’ve worked as a professional writer since 2014, spending nearly 10 years freelancing for some of the biggest digital publications on the internet. I specialized in e-commerce and affiliate content, as well as product reviews. I’ve been lucky enough to test hundreds of products firsthand, including everything from smart litter boxes to high-end pellet grills.
These days, I’m in a full-time role as a shopping writer at AOL. (Yes, it’s still around!) I spend my days combing the internet for the best sales and writing up the latest trends for our readers to shop.
I’ve also delved more into the social media side of content creation in the past year. You can find me and my pets on both Instagram and TikTok, where we’re slowly building up a following of chicken-loving millennials.
A few fun facts about me:
→ To date, I’ve tested more than three dozen different sets of bed sheets and over 100 vacuums. Despite this, my house is still generally a mess.
→ I currently have more than 100 animals on my homestead, including two dogs, three Nigerian dwarf goats, and a flock of rambunctious chickens, ducks, quail, and geese. There’s also a flourishing vegetable garden, an oversized dahlia patch, and of course, a cute roadside farmstand to sell farm-fresh goodies.
→ One of my top-performing social media video features two of my goats doing what they do best — eating and being lazy — and it’s currently racked up 10 million views. Don’t tell them they’re celebrities, though. It will definitely go to their heads.
